WHAT IS BARRE?

Barre Fitness is a workout technique combining elements from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to create a low impact, high intensity, full body workout. Classes focus predominantly on toning and strengthening the hips, glutes and thighs. The arms are used throughout the class and light weights can be added for extra intensity. Each routine is carefully choreographed to fun  uplifting music that will motivate you to move your body. Although Barre is a Ballet inspired workout not Ballet or Dance experience is needed to be able to take part.
