WHAT IS A BARRE FITNESS CLASS?
Barre Fitness is a workout technique combining elements from Ballet, Pilates and Yoga to create a low impact, high intensity, full body workout. Classes will focus predominantly on toning and strengthening the hips, glutes, thighs and core. The arms are used throughout the class and light weights can be added for extra intensity.
