Yoga Hygge - Winter Warmer

This yoga workshop is the perfect way to slow things down and reflect on the year.

We will explore two yoga styles focusing on a slow vinyasa sequence and moving into a restorative yin practice with an extended savasana.

The Scandinavian concept Hygge is all about finding comfort and pleasure through cherishing the simple things in life such as a cosy atmosphere, a warm drink and the feeling of friendship.

You are welcome to and encouraged to bring your own yoga props if you have them, including fluffy socks, but we have blocks, cushions and blankets for you.
