WHY TRY FITNESS CLASSES
It's inspiring and motivating to be surrounded by dedicated and likeminded individuals. Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself to dig deeper and push harder in workouts especially if you have an encouraging and supportive instructor.
Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down. You don't have to think about anything other than following the exercises given. All the thinking work is done for you as your instructor will have carefully planned out your workout.
3. PROPER FORM & TECHNIQUE
It is so easy to go through the motions of an exercise but unless you have been taught well you may not even know if your are doing it right. Your instructor will be able to help correct your form and reap the most out of every exercise. This will also help eliminate potential injuries.
By signing up to a class there is less chance of you skipping your workout or not giving it your 100% effort. We all plan in and have good intentions to workout but sometimes a home workout or a wrokout by yourself in the gym doesn't get done because it's so easy to skip it.
This one goes alongside motivation. When you have fun when your work out your're more like to be motivated and commit. Classes are varied and we always have upbeat music to get you going.
Ladies Only Fitness
This fitness class will focus on building strength, stamina and tone the body. Each week will vary with HITT, circuits and Bootcamp. Welcome to all levels.
Mummy Fitness is a fitness class for mums to get active and start to get back to feeling themselves. Bring along your babies and have some fun.
