Having a private session or small group session can help target your personal needs helping you to reach your goals just that little bit quicker. This type of training can also be perfect for those that don't feel ready to attend a class whether it is lack of confidence or needing specific adaptations.
Private sessions may also suit you better due to a busy schedule and attending a weekly class is not a possibility.
If you find that your staff are becoming sluggish throughout the day and are often sitting at their desks hour after hour then maybe a corporate exercise class is what they need. Staff may become more efficient with their work, motivated to hit targets, less stressed, and have a better sense of overall wellbeing. Illness can often be caused due to stress and work loads, reducing stress can also help improve staff attendance.
Parties & Events

When my husband slipped a disc in his back he was in desperate need of some professional help. Our GP recommended Physio, of course but also, a Yoga/Stretch Specialist, that's when I first approached Kym for a home visit. She was keen to visit us to help in anyway she could and so we enjoyed a private consultation in the comfort of our lounge! My husband completes Kym's set stretch plan daily and thanks to her it's allowed him to be prescription drug free for a year now.
In addition, since then, I've booked Kym for a further too private sessions at home including a Yoga Party as a birthday treat for myself with 6 girlfriends and then a Pre-Natal session to help with Pregnancy aches and pains. Both so much fun and very relaxing!

I have been working with Kym on 1-2-1 yoga practice for some 18 months now. She has patiently guided me through various levels of exertive yoga routine on a weekly basis. In direct contrast to the mundane monotony of the gym, each lesson is varied and progressive, and I have felt significant benefit in increased suppleness & balance (great for tennis and cricket!) and weekly exercise ritual.
Just under a year ago I went to my first ever Yoga class and realised I really liked this stuff!! It took one class for me to become hooked, I was lucky, I had a great teacher in Kym. From the moment you take your first breath of the first class, with Kym, you know that you are in the right place to calm your mind. Kym is a natural teacher and a constant inspiration.
