Aerial Yoga Day Retreat

This Aerial Yoga Day Retreat is set at the gorgeous barn conversion at The Fold in Bransford.  

The day is dedicated to help you withdraw from the distractions of life and explore your yoga practice with two aerial classes. Aerial yoga has many benefits but I'll let you explore those for yourself during the day. We will explore a flowing aerial class looking at inversions and building strength and to compliment this, the day will finish with an aerial yin class.  A vegetarian lunch will be provided by the café at The Fold with local produce and freshly made foods. There will be plenty of refreshments and snacks throughout the day too..
