I was very apprehensive when gifted the retreat day - but found the whole day a wonderful experience. The pace was perfect, your demonstrations, patience and lovely tone really helped make the day thoroughly enjoyable. The venue is one of the most beautiful venues I have had the opportunity to experience. As part of the group I felt welcomed, well looked after/catered for and very comfortable in my surroundings - was also a really nice opportunity to meet other attendees especially the walk being part of the day, as it helped us all to find out a bit more about everyone.

I had a fantastic time at the Aerial Yoga Retreat at The Fold. The whole day was planned very well and included refreshments, lunch, cake and a nice walk around the area. Kym did an amazing job and I would definitely love to do it again in the future!
