12 lovely people, 1 amazing Yoga teacher and the most delicious food.  

Thanks to Kym from Malvern Flo Yoga. A full day of yoga, good conversations and great food; breakfast, lunch and dinner, provided by Ellie from Skinny Pig catering. 

The retreat venue could not have been more perfect at Up Sticks Glamping in Birtsmorton, nestled in the Malvern Hills. Will definitely be going more of this!

I was very apprehensive when gifted the retreat day - but found the whole day a wonderful experience. The pace was perfect, your demonstrations, patience and lovely tone really helped make the day thoroughly enjoyable. The venue is one of the most beautiful venues I have had the opportunity to experience. As part of the group I felt welcomed, well looked after/catered for and very comfortable in my surroundings - was also a really nice opportunity to meet other attendees especially the walk being part of the day, as it helped us all to find out a bit more about everyone.

I'm just back from the Wild Yoga and Glamping retreat and can thoroughly recommend it. Just the right blend of activities and time to relax. The yoga is vigorous but then you get to relax in a hot tub or sound bath ... the food is excellent, the hosts pay exquisite attention to the quality of their service and Kym is an excellent teacher, holding the space with structure and flexibility.

I had a fantastic time at the Aerial Yoga Retreat at The Fold.

The whole day was planned very well and included refreshments, lunch, cake and a nice walk around the area.

Kym did an amazing job and I would definitely love to do it again in the near future!

Loved it! Attended the yoga retreat last weekend and it was wonderful! The right balance of yoga, walking and other activities with a good amount of downtime. Kym is such a fantastic yoga instructor and host. We were very well looked after. And the food was absolutely delicious!!

The yoga day was wonderful, relaxing and energetic all wrapped up in one, nice people, country location, delicious food. Only downside was the muck smell in the morning, which thankfully dissipated somewhat by the afternoon. I guess that's what happens when you're out in the 'Wild'.
