Led by expert instructor Kym, you’ll explore a balanced mix of Aerial Yoga Flow, Aerial Yin Yoga, and Mat-Based Yoga sessions—offering both dynamic movement and deep stillness to strengthen your practice and deepen your mind-body connection.
Beyond the mat and hammock, your retreat includes peaceful nature walks, refreshing dips in the cold plunge pool, and time to relax in the hot tub and sauna. Participate as much or as little as you like—each day is yours to design.
Whether you're looking to elevate your yoga practice, recharge your energy, or simply find stillness in nature, this retreat is all about you—finding your balance, your calm, and your joy.
The Golden Grove Retreat & Spa is a serene escape nestled in 10 acres of stunning, organic land in Carmarthenshire, South Wales. Just over an hour from Cardiff and easily accessible from London.
The historic barn conversion comprises four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, spacious kitchen and a number of communal spaces. Externally you can enjoy the lawns, patio seating area, fire pit and BBQ set up with impressive panoramic views.
When you stay at the barn you can experience a relaxed, comfortable, down to earth, African feel whilst surrounded by nature. Golden Grove Retreat is also close to great coastline and beaches with something for everyone including stunning walks and cycle trails.

Please note that retreat bookings are non-refundable.
In the unfortunate event that you are unable to attend the retreat and the retreat is fully booked, your space will be re-advertised and your place will be swapped over. If your space is filled, a refund will be offered to you.
