WHY LEARN TO DANCE?
Learning to dance in any style is a great way to help keep the brain active and the body moving. Body strength and core control can improve through dance and therefore coordination and balance will improve. Self confidence and self expression can be improved and you will often make new friends in classes.
WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba is a Latin based dance fitness class. You will learn and follow routines in cha cha, jive, salsa bachata, tango, rumba, reggaetón, cumbia, samba and flamenco.
Zumba Fitness is a fast paced high energy class so be prepared to sweat.

WHAT IS A GOLD CLASS?
Zumba Gold and Dance Mix Gold are very much the same as a dance fitness class just with a slightly slower tempo, less jumps and sometimes smaller movement. You will still do all the same styles of dance and more.
Perfect for the older active adult.
