DANCE CLASSES

Our dance classes are open to all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Whether you're a total beginner or returning to dance after some time away, you’ll find a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can move freely and confidently at your own pace.

We offer a diverse range of classes to suit every interest and energy level, including:

  • Dance Fitness – High-energy sessions designed to get your heart pumping and body moving.

  • Zumba Fitness – A Latin-inspired cardio dance workout that feels more like a celebration than exercise.

  • Barre Fitness – A ballet-inspired, low-impact class focused on strength, balance, and posture.

  • Line Dance – Easy-to-follow, rhythmic routines that are fun to do solo or with friends.

  • Zumba Gold – A lower-intensity version of Zumba, perfect for older adults or those easing into fitness.

  • Dance Mix Gold – A fun blend of simple dance styles tailored for active older adults or anyone looking for a gentler pace.

  • Salsa – A lively and rhythmic partner (or solo) dance rooted in Latin culture, perfect for learning footwork, timing, and musicality—all while having a blast!

When can I dance?

Zumba Gold - Mondays 9.45-10.30am at Cecilia Hall

Barre Fitness - Mondays 6-6.45pm at Eden Centre

Line Dance - Tuesdays 9.30-10.15am at Eden Centre

Dance Fitness - Tuesdays 7.05-7.50pm at Eden Centre

Zumba Fitness - Thursdays 6-6.45pm at Eden Centre

Beginners Salsa - Thursdays 8.10-9pm at Eden Centre

Dance Mix Gold - Fridays 9.30-10.15am at Cecilia Hall

I regularly attend Kym's Zumba class and can honestly say it's the most fun I've had exercising! Kym is so friendly and welcoming and there's a real sense of community with Flofitness. Routines are varied and easy to follow, and there's no pressure to get all the steps perfect, so I feel relaxed enough to really enjoy the class.

I've regularly go to FloFitness classes and love them! You really know you've done a workout, especially after a sweaty Zumba session! The added smiles and laughter make them even better. Looking forward to lots more fun and fitness next year 😊

Barre is a full body workout & the perfect way to finish a long Monday at work. I love how the movements flow with the music, and even if I don’t quite resemble a graceful ballerina like Kym I at least feel like one as I move through the positions.

I absolutely love FloFitness classes. I particularly love Dance Fitness and Zumba with Kym. She is a fab teacher, clear to follow and learn new dances and routines with a lovely personality too.
