Last year I teamed up with Bonkers Activities to offer Stand up Paddle Board Yoga workshops. We ran these once a month and every session was sold out.

Every year we end with fun workshops that are themed around the festive season. There is some element of a 'normal' practice but then we look at more fun ways to make these sessions extra special for you. Of course we always have food and drinks to finish the night.
YOGA UP THE HILLS
If you are looking at being outdoors over the summer and wish to take in the natural beauty of the Malvern Hills then these workshops are perfect for you. The walk takes about 45 minutes to a quite spot up the hills, we yoga, we eat and slowly make our way back down.
Family Yoga is the perfect opportunity to practice with your children. The workshops are fun and playful whilst we practice yoga poses, pranayama games, partner poses, mindfulness and relaxation. This is the perfect way to spend quality time together in a safe calm environment.
