During the spring and summer months FloFitness teams up with Kim and Alex from Bonkers Activities in Pershore to offer Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga workshops, SUP Yoga. The workshops take place along the beautiful Pershore river, we tie up the SUP's so nothing to worry about other than taking in the gorgeous surroundings and practicing yoga.
