Christmas Yoga Class

Come and join us for the last workshop of the year. Get into the Christmas spirit with a festive flow with twinkly lights, Christmas playlist and candles. Kym will take you through a slow flowing yoga class with an extended savasana for a deeper relaxation. Oh and there may be a mince pie or two, shhh.
