Enjoy an extended Yin Yoga and Sound Bath workshop with the wonderful Gemma in a unique open sided stretch tent overlooking the stunning views out in nature. Wood fired pizzas will then be cooked by the fabulous hosts at Up Sticks glamping with the evening then ending with a dip in the hot tubs.

About the event
Enjoy an extended Yin Yoga and Sound Bath workshop with the wonderful Gemma in a unique open sided stretch tent overlooking the stunning views out in nature. Wood fired pizzas will then be cooked by the fabulous hosts at Up Sticks glamping with the evening then ending with a dip in the wood fired hot tubs.
Dietary requirements will be catered for so please let us know in advance. The Yin Yoga and Sound Bath will be open level so whether you are new or experienced it will cater for all.
What you will need:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket and/or bolster
- Some warm layers just in case its cool in the evening
- Swimmers and towel
- Bottle of water
