Movement has been my passion for as long as I can remember. Starting with ballet at the mere age of 4 years old, I have always enjoyed how the body moves, flows and operates.
Into my adult life, I gained my qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Coach and Massage Therapist. I specialise in functional movement, injury prevention (prehab) and healing one’s relationship with their body.
I have been helping people build strength, confidence and harmony both physically and mentally for over 9 years and have loved every moment. I aim to teach people how to listen to their body; to understand how movement and massage benefits their day-to-day life and to feel less restricted and more connected.
