About The Event

Have you been unable to practice or get on your mat for the last year? Do you feel your practice might be a bit rusty and in need of a refresher? Or perhaps you are aware your technique may have slipped through your online experience. This workshop will help you get back back on your mat, dust off the cobwebs and give your mind and body a good yoga refresher. We will look at pranayama, sun salutations, finding your flow and go through some alignment. This workshop is part of the 4 part series helping you to get back on your back and get back into the flow of things. You can of course pick and choose which ones you’d like to do, maybe taking part in just one or all 4.
