About the event
A Christmas Special for families wanting to practice yoga together.
Come along with your little ones for a playful yoga workshop exploring Festive poses, games and mindfulness.
This workshop is great for all the family to stretch, strengthen, balance and build a healthy deeper bond with each other.
We will finish the workshop with some festive refreshments, let me know if you have any allergies.
No experience is required and all yoga equipment is provided.
