Come along with your children for a playful yoga workshop. Explore yoga poses and then play with some fun partner and group yoga poses.
Family Yoga provides a wonderful place to spend healthy and happy, quality time together with no distractions. Come along to switch off and have some fun.
The workshop will finish with a hot drink and sweet treats so do let me know if you or your children have any allergies.
