Join myself and Jess for an extended Festive Flow yoga class at the Eden Centre, with candles, fairy lights, festive treats and nibbles, chai latte, a glass of bubbly and of course a festive playlist help you get into the Christmas spirit.
During the festive season things can become a little chaotic, this class will help you bring some calm into the busy month just in time for Christmas. We will yoga flow for 90 minutes starting with a yang flow moving into some yin poses.
