Prenatal Pilates is the perfect way to keep active during your pregnancy. It can help with keeping good posture and then regain good posture once baby has arrived. The class will also look at pelvic floor exercises which can aid labour and birth. Doing Pilates during your pregnancy will also encourage a faster recovery.
You can start this class from around 14 weeks through to 40+ weeks. We recommend speaking to your midwife before starting. No Pilates experience required to start.
