Pregnancy yoga is gentle dynamic class carefully adapted to suit the changing pregnant body.
Pre-natal yoga classes focus on building strength in the muscles required for labour and birth, stretching and mobilising the joints to help relieve aches and pains, developing a strong pelvic floor, practising poses to help move baby into optimal birthing position and practising breathing techniques to aid with labour and birth. Pregnancy yoga also develops a beautiful connection between mum and baby.
