Helping you to recharge, reset and relax into your motherhood journey. Join Kym and Kat for a morning retreat to nourish your soul and nurture your baby.
Kym will guide you through a 60 minute yoga flow class specific to the postnatal body and adapted to include babies through yoga poses, song and cuddles. The yoga flow will help open up and relive tight muscles from carrying and feeding, it will help you find a sense of calm and will allow you and your baby to create a deeper bond. The yoga will finish with relaxation for you and baby followed by time to re energise with teas, coffees and cakes.
Katherine Biggs will then treat you to informative introduction on using essential oils to support your family's health goals, naturally! Kat is a yoga teacher and passionate wellness advocate, teaching others how to use essential oils for everyday health, pro-active health care and emotional health. She will share with you non-toxic alternatives to manage the niggles in life, and reduce harmful toxins. She can teach you how to become your own essential oil expert. Whether you're completely new to the world of essential oils or you are looking to learn more about how to incorporate oils for cleaner and more effective health solutions for and your family, you'll be sure to leave feeling hopeful, educated and empowered!
Please join us as we share with you:
- The essentials of essential oils: topical, aromatic and internal uses at different ages and stages.
- The top ten essential oils we use on a regular basis and how we safely use them with our young children.
- What to look for in choosing a safe and pure essential oil free of synthetics and chemicals.
- You will make your own 10ml essential oil blend to take away and use at home.
You are welcome to join us for this morning workshop after 6 weeks, if you had assistance or C-section you will need to speak to your health adviser as we would normally recommend you start yoga between 10-12 weeks after baby has arrived. We are happy for crawlers and toddlers to join in the class as there are 2 of us to help with looking after them to ensure you get the best experience you can.
