About The Event
Mummy Fitness is a class where you can start to get back into fitness, you can join during pregnancy or with your little one. The exercises are planned to suit your pre or postnatal needs with exercises being adapted as and when they are needed. We use resistance bands and very light dumbbells along with body weight exercises to create a low impact class. You can take things slow or add in a few extra reps if you're feeling up to it. Babies play in the middle of the room with plenty of toys to keep their minds busy whilst you spend some time focusing on yourself. If and when babies prefer to spend more time with you we incorporate them into the workout. Classes are suitable for beginners.
