About the event
Louise is joining the team and will be teaching the beginners Pilates class for us at the Eden Centre. She has years of training in the gymnastics world and is working part time as a nurse for the NHS so you are in very safe hands. A beginners class is perfect for those looking to start Pilates for the first time, those recovering injuries or working with illnesses and those returning to class after having a baby.
