About The Event
This class is a workout class for ladies only. The sessions will focus on building strength, stamina and look after the body in a mindful way. You will be given options and modifications to suit your body and your needs. The sessions will vary a little from week to week, some weeks will be HIT, circuits style or Bootcamp but each week will be fun and invigorating giving you a full body workout.
