Join Kym and Angela for a morning retreat for you and baby. Enjoy a 60 minute yoga flow, nourishing snacks finishing with a nutrition workshop.
During your yoga session Kym will guide you through twists, forward folds and heart openers. The focus for this flow is to help open up tight muscles from carrying and feeding babies. The class will look at poses just for you, poses with baby and gentle movement just for baby. We will sing, breath and finish with a well deserved savasana (relaxation).
Angela is a qualified nutritional therapist, with a naturopathic nutrition diploma from The College of Naturopathic Medicine. At the post-natal nutrition workshop, Angela will cover the most important nutrients for the health of your new family, what children need to grow and develop and what mum will need to sustain energy through the first months of motherhood. We will cover nutrients to help and support common health complaints for mums and babies and discuss how to design a nutrient dense diet to maximise health.
You can join this workshop from 6 weeks after birth until baby is crawling. All mats and props are provided, there is plenty of parking and changing facilities for babies. This workshop is £30pp.
