By booking into classes you are agreeing to the following:
- You currently have no symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough and sore throat.
- If you have symptoms or have been in contact with any person a who is a confirmed case in the last 14 days you will not attend face to face classes.
- If you develop symptoms and have been attending classes you will contact FloFitness.
- You will comply and cooperate with any instructions issued by FloFitness.
